Officially, it isn't winter as yet, but the drastic change in climate, the flurries falling, is a telltale sign that winter is upon us, and Jack Frost is but so far away!

Welcome back, everyone, to yet another blog. I am Stacia, the CEO and owner of DOSES an interior decor and design company.
I don't know about you, but my trees have been up since November 1st, and this is nothing new; in this home, we get a head start in decorating for the holidays. A few items that I decided to switch up a bit differently from my fall decor were decor items around the home, some scented candles to better complement the mood of the season, throw pillow covers, bedding, and more. I refreshed my drapery and finally added Christmas trees to every corner of the home, there's no doubt about it that it feels like Christmas.
A tradition that I adapted some years ago is to do a nice deep clean right after Christmas in preparation to the new year. This includes packing the tree away and sorting through my decor for ease for the upcoming holidays, and easy organization, of course.
As far as New Years Planning goes I typically don't make any but rather for each year I create a theme for that year and follow through with it as a way to keep me focus and on target. As for now I haven't thought of any but will certainly be coming up with one soon.
