• This website is operated by DOSES Design & Decor.

• By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy).

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site.

• All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and images on this site are owned by DOSES Design & Decor and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of this website without our prior written consent.

• Products: We sell pillows, pillow sets, and art pieces through this site. Availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable sales tax. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Payments: We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods. All payments must be made in full at time of order.

• Shipping: We ship to U.S. addresses. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays.

• Returns: Pillows, pillow sets, and art are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for claims.

• Product Care: Clients are responsible for following care instructions provided. Improper care voids claims for defects.

DOSES Design & Decor provides a variety of interior design and styling services.

4.1 Initial Consultation

• A 30-minute introductory consultation is required for new projects.

• The consultation is conducted via video call and is billed at $75.00.

• This meeting provides a project overview and helps determine scope and next steps.

• In-person consultations may be available after the initial call.

4.2 Design Services

• Services offered include but are not limited to:

• E-Design

• Single Room Décor

• Multi-Room Décor

• Large Construction Projects (with partners Pingling Home Renovations)

• Trim, Molding & Millwork

• Custom Fireplaces

• Seasonal Spruce-Ups

• Event-Ready Décor

Pricing is provided on the Services page and may vary by project. Final estimates are subject to walkthroughs, scope of work, and client requirements.

4.3 Travel Fees

• A travel fee of $250 applies to projects outside the five boroughs but within the Tri-State area.

• Additional travel expenses for projects outside this region will be discussed and agreed upon before services are scheduled.

4.4 Limitations

• Televisions must be removed prior to service. DOSES Design & Decor does not uninstall, move, or reinstall televisions under any circumstances.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to their property for services to be completed.

• Payment schedules for design services will be agreed upon before work begins.

• Deposits may be required and are non-refundable.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

• Provide accurate project information and timely feedback.

• Ensure that contractors and third-party vendors engaged by the client are licensed and insured.

• Prepare the space by removing personal belongings, TVs, and hazardous items prior to service.

• DOSES Design & Decor is not liable for damages caused by third-party contractors, shipping carriers, or manufacturers.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by clients, contractors, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing.

• Forfeiting a service contract after signing may result in full charges still being applied.

• Product orders are non-refundable unless defective.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used only to provide services or fulfill product orders. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
