5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@dosesdd.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or credit will be provided once the claim is resolved.
6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.

DOSES Design & Decor is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.
7. International Shipping
At this time, DOSES Design & Decor does not offer international shipping.
